I am a fantastic teacher because I have fantastic students. I have learned more from my students than I have taught them. In fact, a number of people have said wonderful things about me as a teacher, but I must admit that many Laughter Yoga practitioners, leaders and teachers have contributed to the growth of Laughter Yoga and the wisdom behind it. I merely play the role of a facilitator. I collect ideas from around the world, add my insights and spread it. Laughter Yoga is “Collective Wisdom”.

Since Laughter Yoga is an international network of like-minded people, we must find ways to share our knowledge and wisdom. The purpose of Premium Zone is to have a place where we can put all our heads together and share the wisdom and knowledge.

Let us connect with our Spiritual self
The way Laughter Yoga has spread worldwide in 60 countries without any marketing and advertising leaves me with no doubt that a higher intelligence is working behind this idea. For me, it was no real hard work as I used this higher connection to spread the laughter movement. But, the biggest challenge was to find ways to laugh when confronted with negative situations in life: negative events, negative thinking, negative emotions, fear, anxiety, guilt and jealousy.

How to laugh in real-life outside the laughter session? This is very difficult at the mind level, but can be accomplished easily with a spiritual approach. Spirituality is accessible and available to all of us. All we need is to understand and connect with it. We will share this spiritual wisdom and techniques through Premium Zone.

Premium Zone Charges
The Premium Zone membership charge is USD $60 annually which will maintain and develop our website, and some of the proceeds will go to the Laughter Yoga Foundation to spread the laughter movement to the underprivileged people unable to afford the trainings.
